NXF Classic™ shares the idea of combining fitness challenges with conditioning, but the structure is very different.

HYROX follows a standardized run-work-run-work format, with repeated 1 km runs making endurance and running ability a major part of the race.

NXF is built around changing physical demands. Across 7 stations, athletes complete 14 different challenges, followed by a different conditioning modality at every station:

Bike → Run → Row → Ski → Carry → Sled → Sprint

Rather than repeatedly returning to running, NXF continually changes what your body is being asked to do — testing strength, power, grip, agility, coordination, control, and endurance.

NXF isn't about being the best runner. It's about how capable you are when the challenge keeps changing.
